I read all the negatives on this website about COP. Why not turn this into a positive page and list things which are great about this company? No negative comments please, let’s work together to only post positive for our breadwinners!

OP... This is our reality and we're living it every day! Until our management changes things for the better (which I doubt will happen), then you'll maybe see some positives. Until then, get over yourself!

COP is printing money this year. Inflation y-o-y just hit a 30 year high. And what do you think our annual salary adjustment will be? If it isn’t >6%, we are all in reality getting pay cuts due to inflation and reduction in purchasing power.
As long as management does not walk their talk, promotes based on slickness rather than truth/ability, and actively supports government policies that hurt our business I will have trouble thinking positive thoughts about our hypocritical inept management. But, hey, go D&I and the Paris Accord

Simple answer is that there is nothing positive left in this company. Our leadership has turned it into a virtual cr#p ho-e.
OP, feel free to start your own website where you heap praise on the benevolent corporate overlords. This here is about LAYOFFS (it’s even right there in the name of the site) and the ways that workers are treated by a corporate structure that simply does not give a a toss about their financial or mental well-being despite endlessly prattling on about SPIRIT values.
