With product revenue looking so bad in the Americas this year and especially bad for this quarter, is anyone hearing any rumors of a RIF next quarter or any word on whether yet another re-org is coming for FY22?
The 2 big initiatives for this year were return to growth and stronger together (ha ha) which have failed miserably so will we finally see the consolidation of the 2 BU's next year so lots of useless management can finally be fired as the only fat left to cut is Management?

We're expecting further workforce reductions prior to year end (March), reducing costs as a prelude to our weak YoY earnings and smaller marketshare. Trends indicate ~20% reduction as the shift to offshore accelerates along with more BU consolidation.
I believe the hope was GK could clean-up the mess created by BS/BS as a setup for Ltd divestiture (sale). There will be some "partnership" announcements w/GSI's (Cognizant) to help alleviate concerns of HV's relevance but Ltd will keep GK on a very short leash as their patience is waning
