I don't see things changing. Not in any good way. From what I have seen in my tenure with ADP, the company would rather collapse than give an inch to its employees. Employees must know their place rather than be "coddled". It's a place for workaholics who don't care about being compensated properly for their work.

I hope the comment of Enjoy your 1% was met to be cynical. ADP works their employees to death. I am retired and collecting my social security and received a 5.6% increase this year. I feel so sorry for the employees working there. I pray the management does change for the better and the employees can work 'normal' hours and begin to have their personal time to themselves.

It’s obvious the restructuring is the process of both testing succession options and also an attempt to lead the company in a new way. The newest change is a good one and I hope yields a more connected experience between sales and service.

Fingers crossed massive leadership changes occur. There are SO many middle management leeches collecting paychecks that provide zero to negative value to the company.
