Obviously we are...
If this company wants to keep employees, I think eventually they will have to pay more. Top dogs will not be able to remain so greedy, at the expense of their employees. That time is slowly passing.
No one wants to feel like a company expense anymore, because there are more opportunities now than ever.

@4api+1eeYUiSf do you happen to remember the req #? I really want to see this.
It's probably TF's new position gifted to him for gaslighting yammer. You weren't supposed to see that posting.
@4api+1eeYUiSf Do you get paid 2 full salaries? G11 plus G14
This company is awful. Employees need to push back and call them out on everything. And I mean everything.
I saw the best job posting today, it was sent to some guys in Europe on IT, I think it's even on our recruiter page. Read it, its a full time job, it reads as a fairly extensive undertaking, it was sent to grade 11's, 12' and 13's, the role is a grade 14 but here's the kicker....it's in addition to your current role....can anyone explain that, I've seen some d-mb sh-t in my time here but this really salts my onions, so your day job is a grade 11, but when you're doing your other job in your spare time as you have so much of that you can call yourself an AVP...I'm guessing you get a special badge or something, you might even get a star on Center Stage and a post on Yammer.....that tells me either HR haven't got a clue what they are doing or they've already appointed someone to this job and this is meeting some law or some sh-t making sure no one applies, either way I'm embarrassed to say I work for this company anymore, every day it gets more and more comical, roll on April......
Not removed. That DB TF is still owning that stupidity.
Looked at Yammer for the first time for real today, what a mess. Its facebook for metlife, so d-mb.

Did they remove the yammer post? It was there earlier but I don’t see it now.
Well done for the person on there who called out Fusco on his bull sh-t.
Imagine thinking MetLife is ahead of the pack in terms of compensating people fairly
I cant be the only person who in the last 2 years saw significant amounts of new work dropped on me because others were let go. And what did I get that was "fair" in return for all the added responsibility? Absolutely nothing, until they pi---d on me with their 1.5% annual raise.
Who in their right mind thinks that is compensating people fairly? TF is doing fine with his AVP salary and benefits, so he can go sc--w.
lol @ whoever is voting down the comments..guess the SLT lurk in here. truth hurts.
VP comp and benefits here are a whole different animal, by far. They have every reason to keep their gravy train going. They conveniently "forget" what the minions get.
I never go on Yammer. You guys have convinced me to go tomorrow and see this train wreck.
Exactly, when I saw that VP start going on about how there's no need for a revolt, I just rolled my eyes. Time to go.
HR, if you're reading this, I'd suggest you talk to that VP. He's making the natives restless.
want to see a perfect example of this in action? go to the US all Yammer group and find the post someone made in there this week about the great resignation. in the comments some VP goes on and on about how Met isn't that bad, we should be grateful for the benefits we have, blah blah blah blah blah. reading that comment on Friday convinced me it was time to start applying for new jobs. they're freaking clueless.
You are suppose to be grateful for the insulting salaries and benefits. They make billions. They give away millions to charitable causes.
Free cafeteria food is their generous perk.
It’s a company for the masses. Metlife for the Masses should be their slogan.
Of course they don't care. They also don't want to take on the expense of firing people and paying the exit packages. Their solution? Make life miserable and wait for people to quit instead. It's cheaper for them if you just quit.
