How was cs viewed at Visa? Did morale go in the toilet while he was there? Did he leave a mess when he left?

Not many people were sad when he left. And Al was a big upgrade, esp. in the people department.
agreed. and with him, it has become propagindian.org.. old sitting propagindians who has become managers or directors with no skills do nothing but negative politics and lobbyism. they hired tons of h1b from infosys, TCS and several other india based vendors. Quite insecure products now, but they lie to upper management. most likely vendors based products are sold with backdoor kickbacks. propagindians actually faked them that india is their potential clients,.. laughable..., propagindians will sell out them without them knowing it :D. one person left with comments on board 'if you are an indian visa is good company for you' :P alot of racism., hr knows though, but easy to deal with open enemy but not with corrupt mindsets.
I thought he was overall OK. Good speaker, knows the industry. Seemed salesman-like and maybe like a snake at times. Worst part was he brought along his previous connections, turned us into a Microsoft shop, and hired Rajat
