When we return to the office in January, the company will be monitoring employees to make sure they sign in 3 days a week as well as the times people are coming and going.
What happened to flexibilty in RTO?

What happened to flexibilty in RTO?
RTO now is irresponsible, reckless, and quite frankly putting all employees at serious risk. I hope people submitted their disdain for this harmful decision.
Just when I thought this company couldn't be more boomer.
No need to have someone else badge you in.
Just fail the Health Check and you're good for 14 days.
Maybe you came into contact with someone that you thought had Covid.
Maybe you had a slight fever.

I guess I'll have to start paying the mail room guy to badge me in three days a week.
Hall monitor!
Doesn’t use of your badge record your entrance? Why the need for signatures? Are we also going to have to show proof of identity?
Will there be hall monitors on every floor stopping those not wearing a mask to ask for proof of vaccination? I’m dreading all of this.
They always had the ability to monitor badges. Some managers even requested the reports in the past to ding repeat tardiness. Don't think for one minute that you are in any way a professional, autonomous adult here. Children, get into your seats by 9 and behave ...kapeesh?? But hey, we are ahead of the pack with these and many other nifty measures.
More companies delaying RTO amid surging cases and hospitalizations.
RTO at this stage is irresponsible.

I still can’t believe they are going thru with the return.
It's flexible, they will let you know how flexible they want to be with it.
