Such bad management is nothing new in this company. Ever since I first came to Giant Eagle, there has been poor management here and employees have been complaining about low pay.
At one time I thought that company managed this way was not sustainable in the long run, but here it is still, so it seems that unfortunately it is.
I don’t know how they manage to keep the company going without making the slightest improvement to the workplace?

Don’t forget to fill out those surveys on how great the company is doing because if you say ANYTHING negative those “anonymous” surveys quickly become career su----e when they pull your team member id number and confront you
Improvement?? Improvement to the workplace cost money.
