Should be good this year Bernard was saying all the right things on the last call! Normally they do above inflation so 5% at least?

I wouldn’t expect the salary increase to keep up with inflation. That would go against their strategy of paying less and having remaining employees pick up the work of those that are gone. They will probably tell us that inflation is transitory so they can’t increase wages by the inflation rate if inflation is just temporary.

He was bragging about how the 4.25% was an "amazing" raise so I'd be surprised if we get over 3% this year.

So we should pay below market for Digital: was value has digital added? Just some PowerBI dashboards and a bunch of broken promises. Its a bunch of kids that don't understand the business
