they are currently giving issues to anyone on fmla asking you to have your paperwork redone every two months. They invested several million dollars in collective health this year a digital company that d-mbs down any communication for the members...however things have changed in the system concerning provider communications to...hhmmmm sounds like a storms brewing...get out while you can...used to be a good place to work that is no longer the case....better jobs out there go find yourself one before everyone is looking...if your thinking about applying flipping burgers would be better for ya than working here.

And I want to know what a change in member and provider communications has to do with layoffs?
Help me understand what having to regularly document fmla has to do with the possibility of a layoff. I don’t get it. Aren’t they trying to make sure that ppl on fmla Do not game the system? I guess I do not understand how the two are related. Thanks.
