Thread regarding DST Systems layoffs

Clients are increasingly dissatisfied

DST will have to finally do something because customers are increasingly dissatisfied, they have more and more complains. And they complain for a reason.

However, I fear that once lost trust is hard to regain, and worst of all, it seems to me that this company is still not worried at all about the growing dissatisfaction of its customers? They seem to ignore the facts?

Its not only the manager that lie - the Programmers lie about deadlines and their own coding capabilities. We have a company of liars!

I've been on several conference calls with a client and sat there in disbelief as a VP and my manager flat out lied to questions that the client was asking and joked about once the call ended.
