I'm leaving soon and I don't think I'll look back too much. I'll finally get some relief when I leave. However, I’m still sorry because I think this company could have done a lot better.
When people leave, it may be easy to replace them. However, once the best people are gone forever, is it unlikely that this damage will ever be repaired?
Predator Les? You pulled that out of your bu-t? You think he was a predator so they basically let him be a president for over 20 years at CBS and made the network #1 and then all of a sudden he conveniently became a predator you dope?
Take the stick out of your bu-t and listen to me for some information. I was with CBS for 20 years and Les was always around and everyone respected him. Just because the witch Sheri didn't get her way because Les didn't want to have a merger with Viacom let alone sell TVC, so silver spoon B Sheri still wanted to do it her way and didn't agree with Les so what does she pull? The fact that Les did some groping or who knows what when back in the 1980s when he was head of Warner Bros?
What BS is that and you think he's a predator? Go eat some cereal, sit on the toilet, and then brush your teeth and a-s and shut the he-l up.

Both comments on right on target. I was with CBS for 20 years and then they sold us and hung us dry. The merger and everything else around that time really messed up the whole company in general and now with Viacom it's become even worse. I'm glad I got transferred into the Hackman Capital side (currently owns TVC, CBS Studio Center) which has become the largest private studio owner in the world. CBS was the only studio I had worked for and I was proud of it but what can you do when you have leaders and decision makers who tear down the company down to nothing. The film and television industry has changed anyway these days with the internet and streaming so it's a whole new world so it seems like we have to change with the changes as well.
CBS Doesn't have anybody that's best, those people that raise the bar get thrown out ASAP by coworkers that gang up on them
