What needs to happen to improve the psr scorecard they post every two weeks. Seems like we’re down on everything we measure except employee productivity. I see in the field our locomotives are getting worse and worse. This winter is gonna be rough

Likely going see some regulatory limits to any 1-person crew ideas...I suspect very narrow exceptions to anything but 2-person crews.

Well what needs to happen is STOP DOING PSR! That's an obvious fact at this point. The equipment is getting way worse than I expected. Employees are quitting at a rate that I never expected, and new hires are almost non-existent. The posting they put up asking current employees to convince friends or family they know to apply there shows just how disconnected the management is
