Juniper stock going up

Any reason? I didn't see any major anouncement from JNPR.
Is it a transient bubble?

"Going up" is all a matter of perspective. JNPR was trading close to 30 in the beginning of 2004. It's managed to move up to about 35 after 18 years. I believe the office buildings used to conduct business have appreciated significantly more than the business itself. Even the sheet metal Juniper uses to create routers has appreciated more in value. In fact the company could have done absolutely nothing and just put all the raw materials into a warehouse for 18 years and the ROI, due to inflation alone, would have been higher. From this perspective all Juniper business activity has been deleting value from shareholders.
