Rumors are starting up about cuts sometime in February. Is there any way to confirm this?

Speculation from the looks of things, and I think someone is engineering a pump-and-dump action on the stock. SA is literally the one and only source saying it,
History: Bain Capital, Carlyle, and Silverlake all turned down a offered sale of CDK in 2018 when former CEO Brian McDonald tried to do a leveraged buyout (he ran the one layoff CDK had just to try and fake-up the balance sheets. Once the potential sale was turned down for good by all three outfits, McDonald got fired.
I'll believe the story only when the stock price suddenly rockets up beyond $60-65/share.
CDK employee here. I see two news in seeking alpha now about takeover bid. Does anybody have any info on it?
Not now, soon maybe

So, no cuts in CDK during February. You're 0-0 so far.
No sure if Keyloop did any cuts.
No such thing going on in CDK.
Go yell at the Hungerford office - you know, in Keyloop. You're no longer part of CDK.
This must be more stupid Keyloop employees.
For the millionth time... CDK is NOT Keyloop, and has not been Keyloop for over a year.
Go make your own page.
Or better yet, deny it?
