Sure there is. All those that aren't confident or talented enough to get a better deal somewhere else or are feeling committed (maybe bribed to stay). It's the same reason they are buying back all their stocks, pumping up their books and EPS for investors. They have nothing left to innovate in, like Gamestop but for healthcare middle ware. I wouldn't worry about it too much anyways. This place has a crew that should have been in a documentary for the Titanic, not too big to fail. Just know if you work here, most of your time will be wasted on arguing about how to get your job done and getting talked about in calibration meetings. Just know that if you get an outstanding rating, make sure to ask them for hard cash. These people try to use carrot and sticks for bonuses, then they give you a reach around at the end of the year.
Still here. Just posting doesn’t help. Nothing changes. Still toxic and just riding it out a bit longer. Toxic CIO and even worse group of leaders.
They'll figure it out and leave if they're smart.
