Layoffs this past week at corporate and they outsourced two depts there. Why isn’t leadership held accountable for their bad business decisions?

The truth hurts, time to look in the mirror!
What they need to do is find the bottom of that rotten barrell and fix it from there. It will be a terrible reality check but the bottom line is there are too many cheaters and manipulators(rd and dm). They put those with bad business practices in high regard with a don't ask don't tell mentality. Those that don't cheat are sent on their merry way, so what are you left with? Hmmm...
Executive leadership, Mitch-Ab-Jim-Rob, are completely out of touch with the workforce and reality. If something doesn’t change soon we will be right back in a takeover situation. It’s hard to see what the future holds with these guys throwing rocks from the top of a mountain.
I understand what you all are saying but it's time to leave rac. May is the unofficial start of summer. 3 Holidays in May, things will be crazy, not to mention the tanking stock due to all the cheating that they turn a blind eye to. I was forced out because the rd was a big time cheater and I wouldnt play aiong. Good luck, there are some good people I know still there and those are the ones I worry about.
Yeah good old rac for you I quit this job when covid hit they were trying to make me go into people's home still and deliver stuff yeah right did 1 delivery the guy was coughing everywhere I left that sh-t at the front door and went back to the store with the van and bounced good luck to all those still there ...
I work for this company but I'll be putting my 2 weeks in soon worked here for about year and half they give you no time off and it's 1 reason people look so depressed and sad they need to be more flexible with there schedules I feel this is the number 1 reason this company is slowly going down besides there super unrealistic sales goals and collections goals you ask for a day off they say no all the time I need time with my son and a better quality of life because you will not find that here at all I actually hate this job for just that dm sits home on Sat when we have to be up all early barking orders though texts even before you go to work he bothers you at 7 am and I am not even at work yet got a survey about your store manager give one about your dm I despise him and when he comes around the store moral sinks and he swears and yells at the staff who the heck would want to work for such a unethical company as this one borderline illegal stuff they do I remember last guy that spoke up he was fired a week later so probably answering a survey ain't the best thing to do they need to do something about there sales goals inflation is at a all time high people don't have money you force someone do get something and they bounce and you find them then the dm acts like it's your fault when you pull there file there is 1 name and number and a disconnected ref and I had nothing to do with the sale to start with they act like if you call them they will pick up or go to there home like they will open the door and give you it back yeah right rac is doing everything they can to sell to anyone which in turn will eventually turn on them collections people quit all the time they know it's impossible to get a hold of someone that doesn't want to be found they need to go back like it used to me with applications
Because American corporatism is designed to award bad decisions as long as it translates into short term gains for the shareholders.
