It's become very clear to me that the hardest part about leaving NCR is doing so mentally, deciding to leave, that's the tricky part. Once a person overcomes that mental block, finding a new job is not very difficult, is it?
It took me a month to find a new job. On the other hand, some colleagues who have more skills than me are still here and are very dissatisfied. Why? Mainly because their self-confidence here has been shattered so that they do not dare not try something new.

Well yea, you get that job and put in the work to show your stuff and they kick you assets out. Depending on years divorce from a company or wife is about the same thing mental wise. I read that somewhere.
The NCR leadership team is absolute trash.
Better leave before you are told to leave because someone in Serbia replaced you.
Exactly. Once you get over the fear of leaving your good. Then you wonder why you tortured yourself and neglected your family for so long. For what ? To work for a self centered bunch of aholes that think they're great leaders and would sell you out in an instant to save their skin. Leadership is a big problem at NCR because there is none. It's not required or taught. You become hot sh-t at your job and bang now your a leader not really having any personality or knowing how to deal with people. Prior to that your only leadership position was over 3 other students at best buy while in college.
I always laughed to myself when I heard the phrase LEADERSHIP TEAM.
