The company has shown that it doesn't care about what employees want even if it's at no detriment to it. The push to RTO shows that better than ever. There are other huge problems here as well, including micromanagement and zero internal growth. Those who are trying to move up end up struggling and usually leaving in the end. Time to show them where we stand and follow along.
