Candidates are ghosting DST. When they learn DST is not sincere and is laying off- well the candidates just never return DST's calls for interviews etc. Can you blame them?

I’ve had various people ask me about working here, high caliber technical people who could really move the needle in a positive direction. I tell them the truth; they talk a good game but theirs zero leadership, and active cost cutting and layoffs. This is not a company on a growth trajectory, this is a company (ssnc) in decline. Stay away!
DST would have hired Putin had he applied for a manager's slot
