Best thing folks can do is get out of GA as soon as possible.
Salary and benefits have never been great. Staffing misrepresents the benefits and shakes their head about what they promised after people are hired. No intention to rectify. .
Higher education never funded for anyone except the in crowd.
In appropriate behaviors abound with those in leadership positions.
Blame game is always on the lower ranks.
Safety for workers especially with respect to COVID is just something stated in written policy. It was never actually implemented. Regardless of personnel circumstances, including people with immuno-compromosed physiology, the expectation, during COVID work from home timeframes, was that you would come into the office and those that didn't were ostracized for it.
Attempts to address lack of compliance with any safety protocols have always been met with avoidance / ignoring those bringing it to leader's attention.

I remember my former manager expressing how he dearly loved coming into the office. He said it so proudly and defiantly too, without me even asking him about it.
Now I work at Google, own company stock, earn more than he does (pretty sure), and I get to WFH. Sadly, I heard he got laid off after 10 years. Id feel sorry for the chump, but he is a sexist / racist =/
