It will destroy your physical and your mental health. I've seen them fire a guy two days before he was supposed to get his sign-on bonus. That's the one case I witnessed but that's happening all over. That's how low they are willing to stoop. They have zero care for employees. They just take and take and they make sure to give as little as possible. Consider yourselves warned.

The salary reduction part is true (relative to inflation). Its a four year cliff after a four year vesting from hire. There's typically no sign on bonus and if there is its monthly for the first two years. Its like any other company - depends on the people, the project, and the group.
Expect salary reduction every year...poor salaries.
