Thinking about reorg

I'm a little worried about what the reorg will look like. What can we expect?

Oxy's track record for constant re-orgs really speaks to the health of the company, like a dying man who won't give up and die. No matter how much make-up you put on it, it's still a shitte company.

The reorg will be done before the next poorly planned merger or acquisition.

You think you will get any real info on this site? Have you read any of the posts here? Here you gripe, complain, insult, predict gloom and doom, and lie (you know you do). You don’t ask questions and expect inside information. Come on man!

Just do your job, act like a professional, and relax.

Re-orgs are a much ado about nothing in my experience. Meaningful changes occur when someone at the top leaves and the incoming surrounds themself with the faithful. If they only shuffle SVP's and VP's, focus on your immediate management structure and get on with business.

You can 're-org' as much as you want. You'll still be a bunch of cupid stunts with a track record of fatalities, environmental disasters, gross incompetence and bigotry.

They thought they were gods gift at Columbine until two of their victims corrected them.
