Why would you let anybody you like join this clusterfuck? Freddie has been going down the drain for years now and we are the ones who've been paying the price for all the bad decisions. I'm among those who're looking to leave but until I do, I will make sure to let anybody willing to listen know what's been going on here.

I left about 18 mos ago but heard only half the people who are supposed to come into the office actually are, and anyone who is in isn't wearing a mask. People are getting Covid.
I mean, it is what it is as we (presumably) enter the "endemic" phase, but we're not out of the woods yet and all this push for return to work seems very tone-deaf.
Anyway, I left because people were openly racist towards Asians. If I had to return to the office, I would because that's the agreement made when I first joined.
@xpmw+1fTZc1aV - You don’t quite know what you are talking about and must be new… FM doesn’t hire H1B Visa employees. We have several consultants that Freddie is refusing to sponsor because of this. FM may bring folks back in for a 3rd day but they will not take away those 2 remote days because that is always how it’s been for years before the pandemic even hit.
Nobody should leave even a half decent job to go to Freddie. You'd need to be really desperate for work. The back to work pilot is just a pilot. One covid is down to an acceptable risk you'll be in the office three days a week and they'll try to take those two days wfh away from you. Next will be the return of bullpen seating n hiring of even more h1bs to replace well qualified Americans.
Tell us what is going on there?
