Now I'm worried about having a job tomorrow or the following week 24/7. This can't be good for our mental health.

Yes, both Tom's built a very profitable company....though I always wondered why the money didn't "trickle down." Weird......
You need to get out.
And now's the time to do it, with the Great Resignation and all.
There is no real job security in that organization. Just take a look at what it was between 10 and 20 years ago. Take into account all the people who are not there now. They used to invest in employees by supporting their learning, mentoring, etc. that has basically been replaced by threats in my experience.
What good is job security when your being underpaid? Or get no year-end bonus. Or are promised advancement that comes years too late? Or your pension is invested in Valiant stock which crashes? DST is a has been.
Since 1980 - the company has taken a "selfish" stance toward staff. Staff loses - company wins! As in low wages. mean managers, not allowed to take you time off until the last month of the year, no bonuses.
Management of Toms made over 1 billion dollars each in their career at DST. What was your total earnings?
I think it's time to move on.
