I am in the Finance Board area and have been here for quite a few years, but not as long as Luka. He has been here a long time and was here when Werner was CFO and so we have enjoyed some stability. But without a good reason for his departure ( like another C level position in another company, given he is only 50) I am a bit concerned about what happens next. There already was a lot of stress inside the company, the stock has basically gone nowhere and remains flat for the last 12 months and I suspect investors are not happy with the lackluster performance and wonder if this is the cause of the departure?
I saw what happened for the short time Elliott was involved here and it was a blood bath. So a new CFO has a benchmark on how to cut costs real quick..... is anybody else concerned on what's coming?
