Keep in mind that there are location differences within each pay grade/letter that correspond to where you live in your state. There’s also a lot of overlap between ranges and titles. How HR keeps it straight is beyond me. I think it’s a strategy to make it harder for employees to compare salaries internally and externally.

K went up to a little over 80k. Nothing better than being promoted without asking for it and seeing what your coworkers make and how you just screwed yourself by being put on salary….lmao. K was below me and I was making 63k at L to start. Centene is the worst company for pay. Just leave.
I was an L and that was Minimum $54,700
Midpoint $76,600
Maximum $98,500 so M would be higher.
The Max posted above is slight lower than was also told me to a few years back. I was told Max of $110,500.
