The bonus is a joke!

Ohhh thank you ohhh Savior Lord Tipsy for the $1500 bonus if we just don't quit! You are such a great and wonderful leader that inspires me to go to work everyday! We are sooo lucky to have you since you are such a visionary leader! The hubs were an awesome idea and totally trashing the best claim workforce in the industry was brilliant! I even love all the useless metrics and EOM even more. I really enjoyed being ReEOM'D!!!! Our competitors are still shaking especially since this is the first time in 20 years that we have outgrown Progressive! If you are keeping score it is still 1-20!

Seriously.....your only answer is to throw peanuts at the monkeys and pat them on the head and let them order an insulated cup! WOW...SFs answer to everything is an insulated cup, bag, hat or t-shirt. That will fix everything! Will I take the $1500... yes....did State Farm change anything, NO! You have to fix the reasons and problems... why turnover is approaching 50% in most areas in claims right now! $1500 is not going to do it! This place is a sh-thole, where Exec, lie, manipulate, con, and abuse it's workforce. You can take your $1500 and shove it!

Not all get that $1500. Many of us just have to sit back and keep working in hopes a TM rates us correctly so we might get it next year if even given next year. I feel more unwanted and unappreciated than ever. All I have to say is wow.

Is this bonus limited to what segment you are in? I'm in Complex and have yet to be notified of this.

@6pwk-fair comment. Also, as you may well know a lot of employees, but not all, got a pretty decent salary bump that was outside of the normal salary review.

i mean its an additional $1500. Like i get complaining about the farm and all but its $1500 none of us had before, and since they are giving that over time to new hires it was nice to give it in one sum to current employees. Its not replacing the yearly bonus.

I dont get the complaint on this on honestly. Plenty of better things to complain about here.

@uui You'll really find out what SF is worth if you let India Keep the Promise as you so well advertise falsely. Go claims force! You're the truckers for the operation. If you don't haul, they go broke. None of them even know how to drive your truck. It's like a trucker that has a 90 mph dispatcher and they give you a 10 mph truck to do it with. There's their metrics! Fancy word for you get the shaft. You're the cowboys of insurance. Without you, they don't eat their steaks, go to conventions and live high on the hog. They think you are replaceable and not worth what you make. If that is the case, why did they hire you? If those cattle don't get in the shoot and you don't ride, they go hungry. They'll learn about what they call those stupid neanderthals in due time.

Time to ship claims to India. That is why they are keeping staffing numbers down. The claims force is the arm pit of State Farm. Time for some deodorant.
