Thread regarding PNC layoffs

Even more branches are closing

Is PNC planning to do away with branches altogether? It would seem so by the number of closings we've been seeing in the last 3-4 years. If you work in a branch, I'd advise starting looking for a transfer or a new job right now.

PNC seems to want to get rid of branches period. My local branch makes you perform all transactions using the ATM. The employee looks at the same website that you do and doesn't have too many advanced permissions.
Wait times if you have to call for something are very lengthy. They don't want small regular customers.
