So an employee who got a 0.5% raise, had a manager who specifically chose to not give an increase?

"Outside of the brainwashed millenials who wants to actually be here anymore?

Not to mention, when the millenials have to go back to actual work how many will be able to function after the Air Jordan's and Lulu Lemon dress code novelty wears off."

Sooooo true and don't you mean fab-letics / Oshkosh kobosh instead of LuLu Lemon? LOL. What about the employees that can't have a meeting during their lunch hour because they have to work out? More like changing their diaper or buying matching masks for their outfits.

Yeah it’s turned into a sh!t company where employees aren’t valued unless they kiss serious a$$. I want to ask for a package but I have over 13 years here with defined benefit pension coming in another 10 years. I’m sure they will find some way to deny this benefit.

Raises last year were non existent. Raises this year depending on your manager basically and where they rank you as they are playing with it to give people they felt would be a 1.2-1.3 last year a bigger increase. Some will get 3%, some 0% for example.

Completely agree. Between the less than inflation “raises”, the 1.0 flat bonus and I would bet the change the RsU means we won’t get that next year…. The draw to come and stay at TC is fading quickly.

Correct, 2.5% (CAN) and 3%(USA) were "budgeted" for bonuses. The new bonus structure does not effectively reward employees for their performance. Having a cap on the short term incentive budget for each group limits award amount for individuals. My fear is people who do not get what they deserve will reduce their work output or leave altogether.

If you didn’t get a raise that’s on your leader. Canada employees were given 2.5% and American 3%. If you didn’t get a raise it’s cause your leader decided you didn’t deserve one this year.
