Defense to Repayment is putting a dent on Perdoceo's bottom line.
"Operating losses for the quarter in the year were $11.4 million, and $38.6 million, respectively. These losses were higher than the comparative prior year periods and were mainly due to the incurrence of legal fees associated with the acquisition efforts and the responses to the Department of Education relating to loan forgiveness applications by former students."
