What is the limit on Loa's a manager can take in a year? Our front end manager is always on leave. It's like every month she is off again because of her blood pressure, at this point she should just step back down to hourly because she can not handle being a manager. Is this like this in every club or just ours? Also anytime a associate or member gets hurt she freaks out and doesn't know how to handle it. Defiantly not management material.

After exhausting all PTO and sick days, they could be on FMLA leave, for up to 12 weeks total, on top of that. And that's before any special consideration is given. Lots of companies show a lot of leeway when it comes to health needs.
