What was the point of nickle if all the positions were going to be recreated anyways? New MHI Quality lead creates all these AVP and VP positions for the Anthem friends, causes a hiring freeze, jobs were never posted for internals to have a shot, told they were already filled. People being hired into lower roles while they wait for people to be fired and then they slide right into those positions. Promotions given to directors after they've been with the company for two months. It's about who you know at this company unfortunately not what you know.

Even though I agree with you all on the comments and this highlights a big problem with the company…Just quit and work for a competitor?
This is what happens when an unqualified person is given an executive leadership position. She brings more unqualified people along for the ride. Ask Anthem or United how it worked out for them. I pity whatever company happens to be the next stop for this traveling circus.
