gave their notice today. Makes seven that I know of in about 3 1/2 months with four from one group. Shamefully CH makes no effort to retain and at some point management teams need to be held accountable. The time it takes to even replace even one person puts an unfair burden on the group being left shorthanded. How upper management and HR continue to let good people leave over lack of raises, inept managers,etc....will only continue.
It's been 3-4 months and we still can hear managers nearby badmouthing the people that left. If any of you "managers" are reading this there are good reasons why people left the company or are much happier after transferring out of your group.
