I literally left earlier this year because every position I applied for was being taken by external acquired individuals. It is company wide and it is completely shifting all great employees with knowledge for how to continue to make Molina run, while these new individuals, most of whom are not doing much to really work out the issues, are taking jobs and positions left and right because of the legal issues when acquiring a company. There are very few individuals who have been acquired that are trying to learn, and after a few weeks or months, they slip too because they can get away with it. It doesn't help that Molina doesn't fire people either, they just wait until the next project nickel will come around. I say pack your bags and get out now.
