Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

MCC acquisition has ruined morale and love of our jobs

Now we all report to them (in some departments) The teams are disorganized and leadership is sub par. Literally trying to take us back to the brink of bankruptcy by destroying all the progress we've made. Came in and gave every lower merits than ever when they never met us before.

@upns+1fqdsdz6 tells the truth.

Best thing to do is walk. And on your way out always leave a little treat. That’s right- the good ol revenge dump. I always drop a massive dump on my way out. Some in the toilet some on the floor. Remember you never flush on your way out

I totally agree!! I have noticed that those Magellan people are now VPs and managers in health plans and some have no clue how to manage a health plan department that deals with claim issues. How can y manage a department that deals with claim issues on a daily basis, yet you have no claims experience???? And then they hire their people or people they know with absolutely no claim experience and then expect others to train them!
