I feel sorry for fresh out of college new hires who are getting their first work experience here. And it seems to be most of them. Almost no one with experience comes here anymore. Looks like DST now only hires fresh out of college candidates?

I do believe the prev comment re: hiring pretty young "things" considering much of the mgmt is "troll-like" LMAO
DST wants to hire "pretty young college grads". DST has a image to uphold!
What I did when we got a new college employee on our team is pull them aside and tell them to learn as much as they can fast as they can and stay for 1 to 2 years and get the he-l out of dst and get a real job. Lots of them found a much better job and were treated much better.
Why feel sorry? They'll get the experience needed on how not to run a company and use that to their advantage.
