My first manager was friendly, encouraging, helpful, and made sure never to call out anybody in front of their coworkers. The new guy is all about yelling at us and threatening our jobs even for the smallest issues that are usually not even on us. The first manager created an amazing work atmosphere, the new one poisoned it. Now most of us are planning to quit as soon as we can. There was no need for it, but here we are.

They did the same thing in the ville! Laid off or just walked out all the experienced employees because they made too much or were too close to retirement. If they were not a member of the “Buddy System” they were gone. Now we suffer from bad quality issues and no one seems to care. Just get it out the door. We can’t even hire anyone from the carnival because the word is out that this place is like the NFL. Not for long.
You can thank the executive leadership for that. And you just have to accept that they don't give 2 s**ts about you. TFMC is no longer a company that is focused on top-quality people making top-quality products. It is now just a fake company...like a movie set. Its sole function is to manipulate the stock pricing and increase the bonuses of the executive team. Once they've squeezed every last drop out of it it will be finished.
