Exhausted and burned out

Working at DXC has drained all my energy. As far as I can tell, that is the goal of this management, to completely exhaust us, long term employees, in order to bring younger employees in our place, regardless of their competencies?

as an ex people manager I can tell you with that DXC looks at its more mature and longer term employees as an over priced liability on its books. There is (and always has been) a strategy to offshore or replace with grads anyone that has been around for a while and has a half decent salary.

Please drink enough water and be hydrated. Work life balance is very important and steak cutter two recommends this.

That assumes that Shouty actually thinks about employees enough to have a goal like that. He doesn't think about employees; thus he can't have a goal.

Don't be drain - either look for a new role in a better company or stay and sit on your backside; do the minimum set of contractual hours; offload each problem to your assignment manger and let other people take the strain

Not worth doing more in this dreadful company.

To be honest they just want rid of
Us experience people because we will argue back or cr-p decisions and the probies will just say yes.

Working at DXC has drained all my energy. I can understand that , I am tired every day, but not from working as I have almost nothing to do. But it's nice out today, so going for a long walk , going to enjoy and take everyday off as flexible vacation I can, use up my sick days and enjoy

Yep nothing changes with this company and same under latter years of CSC under leadership of disastrous Mikey no 1 and continuing under leadership of Shouty
