2 Bad Quarters, No Hope to Recover -- Manager Gave Warning

i fortunately have one of the best managers. Very high integrity and good person. Unique that they fit in with leadership as leadership usually cultivates questionable cronies. Manager shared that because of two quarters in a row of missing earnings, and the sales team desperate to convert clients who are locked into multi-year maintenance into subscription, the next two quarters have little hope. As such, manager kindly encouraged a few of us to consider all options as manager dreads the day he has to lay several of us off.

what a great response. YES! here is to the awesome managers. they never win by giving in to bad behavior so why do they? yet the ones who always do the right thing...they are poetic justice for all the bad. cheers to you all.
