My colleague got a new job after only a few weeks of job hunting. If I were making decisions around here, I would try to keep an employee like him in all possible ways. How did State Farm try to keep him? Not through healthy motivation, but through fear-management. Such management is no longer possible and perhaps it is high time for them to unlearn fear-based management?

@3hva….incoherent babble. Somebody leaves a job early on. So they must have been forced out by the equivalent of Hi---r. And you propose to call 20 yr old cop Bubba Jones to put a stop to it.
So glad you are not in a position to run anything.
To Risk Management and WorkDay=Stalking and making decisions based on cr---y and wring data. Calling it management and decision making tools. Su---r born every minute. $$$$
They are professional hit men for character asanation.
@2ewl-finally someone that recognizes that Risk Management has enslaved people for a thousand years. Started with Egyptian Kings then Napoleon and later Stalin and Adolf and now SF. Contact your local law enforcement and report this immediately.
@2qwm Beagle ---- I would have had some fear if it was a beagle. They can bite but this one was the weakest of all in the animal kingdom. I think they were neutered by their significant other. Too funny.
LOL-@2nvy once wrestled a wild beagle too, hahahaha.
@2uuo Better to be Batman than the Joker like you. Stick to your pa----s.
Discrimination not just based on race. Calling it risk management. Freakishly weird org and systematic deceit
Sure you did. And then you put on your cape and flew to Gotham City. LOL, thanks for the humor.
They played the fear card on me for over 3 decades. Then one day I got one away from the office and in between two parked cars and gave him/her some fear based attitude. It was funny to watch him/her fill their pants. They can talk the talk as long as it is behind your back. Remember, they can lie to you but you can't lie to them. If you trust any of them, you are a fool.
If they only knew how they talked about the reps behind closed doors. It is time they come clean on their "better than thou" leadership philosophy. It lacks the inclusion they preach and remember: The open door policy will be used against you.
At Bigot Farm they just wait until you leave the room and call you a racial slur fear based is the way!
Think now....really think. They preach and will terminate for a hostile work environment but it's ok for them to lead their subordinates by fear. Their hypocrisy is their cancer. Just like learning environment.
You better pack a lunch if you plan on beating me. It will take you a long time and you don't have enough powder to blow it out your.... your threats aren't worth a...
The beatings will continue until we see some real attitude improvement out of you people.
Yeah, that's what it sounds like. So insightful. Those 4 degrees really workin' for ya!
It sounds like you should start your own business and set your own rules.
They don't care. Simple as that. Change will not happen until if and when they decide to care. Based on the earlier post of the top 5 bonuses (assuming that is true), I don't see that as anytime soon.
