Long time employees are resigning? Do they see the writing on the wall? Is there a lay off coming? When the cheerleader from CS finally resigned I was shocked! She actually tried to work and do some new things. Now our lone solider in HR is leaving too????

Enrollment is way down across the board. Campuses have been looking to give up or give back space for years. They just don’t have the volume to need that much space. Plus half of the education is not taught online.
Campuses are ghost towns these days. Who needs 4-5 kitchens for 20-80 students?
Art Institutes have been shutting down physical facilities when their leases come up for renewal. How close is your school to its renewal date?
