Exit interview

I'm planning to leave in the next month or two and I'm hoping there's an exit interview because if there is, I plan to be completely honest about why I'm leaving. I especially plan to be open about my manager and his bullying management techniques. I'll be truly disappointed if I don't get a chance to do that.

Ignore the Hopeless fools here.
They do have an exit interview and accept feed back. Not let the poster above intimidate you into holding back.

You have a voice use it, if your leaving what does it matter if they use your advice or not anyway. The ideah is they hear it and must do so. That is what counts

To be honest with you, having been in your position and 'telling all' to HR teams in the past, you're better off putting the job behind you now and just looking forwards, even if you have a few days/weeks of employment remaining.

You're moving on to better things soon - don't waste your energy on this exit interview. You have nothing to gain.

Better still, see if you can decline the exit interview and instead spend the time with your work friends. That's what really matters.

Regardless of how much HR pretends to be an advocate for employees, they work for the company, not you. If you are going to spill the tea on your manager, you would do well to have documentation you can use to make your case. Unless HR thinks you have a solid case in court, you're just wasting your time complaining to them.

There is an exit interview, but they don't care what you say and will blame you for any negative feedback about your manager.
