Why is it that we're always expected to do more but it's never reflected in our pay? I'm getting tired of it. If there was any recognitions, even a small bonus, it would be easier to accept it. Instead, we're recognized with even more work. I am done playing that game. I'll do what I'm paid to do, nothing more and nothing less. If they want to fire me for that, so be it.

Fannie is still in the top down control mode eventhough they implemented agile/scrum/wow for namesake. Your day is occupied with frivolous meetings don't add any value. Bad culture, incompetant managers & directors and playing favorites is very common. Inspite of Covid impacts, employee wellbeing and flexible work hours are last thing in their minds.
Its a faulty system. Associates are awarded more work because leads/managers/advisors/directors get credit and more guranteed bonuses at the eoy. Its nothing but a slave drive. They promote their own favorites. Most of these folks are not even qualified to be in those roles.
