Correction. News just came out, due to recent economic concerns and pending bubble outlook for gas and oil lay offs will be corporate wide based on performance and who you know. Good luck everybody, time to revise that resume again. so most likely if you got a raise you're still golden, if you didn't get a raise then make sure your desk is ready to be cleaned at a moments notice.
There won’t be any big layoff rounds for a while with gas prices so high.
They wait until gas producers are suffering and then layoff a bunch of people to reduce the tolls by a few pennies to make it look like they are showing fiscal constraints. Then the empire building and unchecked hiring and promoting begins again, rinse, repeat.
Anyone who emails me with he/him she/her in their signature is getting low priority responses from me. If I even reply. Hopefully they lay me off because of it. Could use the 16 year severance.
Sounds like the voice of experience! Parents basement, Jordans? Not an engineer, just lots of experience 40+ years. How many do you have? Parents are not alive, so that was really stupid to say! Red Wings over Jordans any day. Please feel free to correct my grammar. That seems like the only thing you are worried about.
"My pronouns are brilliant and handsome." Ahh and the engineer that lives in his parents basement with air Jordans makes an appearance.
Nothing to do with what you all are talking about. Go on Linked In, Francois talks about walking the walk, shows him walking on a snow covered pipeline, Big deal, where was his big walk when we were all getting laid off. Columbia Gas was the company, NiSource pulled Columbia Gas down and TC Energy sunk Columbia Gas
Welp, it’s not “massive” layoffs!
My pronouns are brilliant and handsome.
Yes, a fit for purpose is in effect. Good luck everyone unless you’re part of KD, JP, JD inner circle.
I was waiting for somebody to post it... Yep, count on layoffs or as leadership calls it... placing people where their skills meets the requirements. Is anybody else sick to their stomach listening to the pronouns conversation? I got one for leadership since they say they will listen and act.... how about stop shoving this "everybody gets a trophy" culture down our throat? Seriously...He/Him, She/Her? Now I have to change because people don't want to be called what they were born with? This company used to be first class now it's all about not hurting people feelings or at least thats the perception.
