You’ll see how corrupt the union and company are soon. The membership aren’t so much spineless as half are lacking critical thinking skills and the other half can’t get through the blocks out in place by the company and union. Every detail will be available when the investigation is over. It’s complicating and disturbing. One individual is vile and that led to the ultimate downfall, which unfortunately will lead to other people getting implicated as well. One person was able to destroy so much in just a short time. Everyone will know despite the desperate efforts to prevent that from happening. I could not be happier that it should be within the next 4 months.

Everyone I know, literally everyone, understands that a simple1 year audit of a union that turns into a criminal investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor, going back 5 years or more into the Union’s finances, and still not done 3 years later, means they found a complicated mess of criminal activity. Everyone knows that is exactly what it means because that’s what happens when federal agents investigate like this. Nobody needs details to come to that conclusion! You are an embarrassment to yourself and the people that you list and cheer on at this point. Seriously. They are being investigated, have been for 3 years, all because a federal agent of the government ALREADY found criminal activity that allowed them to keep it open and collect evidence for their case. It’s common sense and it’s serious sh-t. Might want to wait until it’s over to start cheering. They wouldn’t keep a case open for 3 years on a small union in Schenectady just to close it without any fanfare or fireworks, I promise you that. The fraud, excessive use of Company Paid/Union time was some sort "quid pro quo".
What they post of this is embarrassing. Circumstantial evidence means nothing. Quid pro quo is a smoking g-n. Email exchange, text message...that say "I do this for that". Or an invoice the Company paid for the private benefit of a union official (like a new deck on house, a vacation, etc.).
