Time for a revolt?

What a s--t show? Screamer aks Shouty making himself Chairman of the Board???

For plummeting the company from $26Billion to $16Billion and on track for $14Billion!!!

Time for areal revolt by the long suffering employees...start a non cooperation movement... absolutely don't do any work. And shareholders, dump this load of loathesome so called Board and the shares. Not just worth your time and money.

1gNPhHAK - if you don't like the topic - then change websites and make Shouty some tea and shine his shoes; people are allowed to have an opinion on things including work.

If the company treated their employees right and invest in them - then there wouldn't be any b1tching would there and there would be many happy clients and customers as well

How about instead of a revolt, you just leave their company, you're not a slave, if you don't like it LEAVE. BTW I am not from HR !

Simple - move into yes Shouty sub-ordinates project managers - pass all work to others and any decision ask the next project manager, when directed by Shouty - make redundant expensive and expert IT professionals and offshore the donkey work to India but get a payrise from Shouty and ba--s up trying to being in control of them from your office state side for $$.

Otherwise do the bear minimum - 40 hours a week; don't work weekend or nights and pass extra work to your fellow colleagues, ask your line manager any silly Q to waste their time and in quiet times do internal training to better yourself before the expected WFR
