These used to be what was cherished by those who work for the company. These are not a priority at the top of leadership anymore. After witnessing first hand ethic and moral standards being not used. I knew my career at Hy-Vee was going to be over. I left this week after 20+ years.

I appreciate that previous time but I knew my future was not with Hy-Vee. I am very disappointed in the direction the future is heading for Hy-Vee. So many employees have been negatively effected recently and my belief will continue to do so. Good people are struggling because of 1 major factor. Poor leadership decisions. Thanks again for the past and Best of luck in the future, you are going to need it.

Good to see those fundamentals again. Do you have one of the booklets Ron and Ric made for employees, explaining what those words mean for Hy-Vee? What a difference leadership makes!

  1. Hyvee is about randy
  2. Hyvee is all about randy and free tickets
    To major sporting events.
  3. Hyvee is about making Randy Rich at all employees expense.
  4. Hyvee doesn't care about employees.
