State Farm is becoming a place where everyone who is capable and has knowledge is undesirable.
The consequences of replacing experienced employees with mediocrities that cost less are already starting to be seen and will become even more obvious in the future. It won't be a bright one.

@1ana very true and very good in the garage.
@1rzr Tell that to the millionaire NASCAR and NHRA folks. There are two astronauts that live in my town that have a 6 car garage full of antique Porsche vehicles that they are always doing something on. Those are "uneducated garage monkeys"? Ignorance is bliss.
@1mjm well said!
Getting smart folks out makes it easier to create and utilize processes that hurt the customer. Ideas like property values and where and what to look for in comps, changing language in contracts and so forth. The newer staff won’t have any idea they’re not being fair. Corporate isn’t just removing knowledge; they’re creating new, lesser moral standards.

That's the master plan of the elites. To line their pockets on the backs of the employees and the policyholders while trying to sell you on how good they are. IMO exactly like politicians especially the one's people put in there. Just like someone trying to sell you on how good the market and your 401K's are doing.
