So many toxic people at State Farm

I've seen decent people join State Farm, and after a year, they're unrecognizable. It could be that State Farm brings out the worst in people or something else entirely, but most who work here morph into hateful, toxic individuals not long after they join. You can find the best example of that right here on this forum. Sad but true.

@2xgv I call BS! If it was about the customer and what the customer wants, why are they doing what they are doing to the internal customers. Their reputation is long gone since they put dingle berry in the drivers seat.

There is a lot of undiagnosed bipolar disorder at all levels at State Farm. The job is at the high level of the stress chart. The job over long periods can cause bipolar disorders.

Stress can do many weird things, mood swings, appetite, there’s even scholarly articles relating to cancer. I used to have the same mindset, until I realized we are all going through struggles and how we handle it is completely up to the individual. Your neighbors are the ones folding into it not creating the atmosphere. That comes from the top.
