Yea, and to think you would bother us with this cr-p right before our National Convention. I am looking forward to the ho----s, drinks and legal 420. Just get back to work and leave the agents out of your argument scooter, tell your mrs.I will see her when I get back.
@6eng….. No valué except for all the money that comes in. Cause CCC and online are not doing well at all. And agents have to fix all they’re sc--w ups.
Close the agency, they bring no value to the company.
Have claim employees apologize everyday for their abysmal performance.
That would be grossly unfair to everyone who have spent time developing their or-l skills.
Stop allowing promotions for reasons other than results.
I would go with topless tuesdays for the hotties in CRC, the heavyweights can opt out.
I wish the CEO would go on Undercover Boss so he could see first hand that things aren’t working.
Get rid of psychological con artists and gaslighting.
Exactly right. And when they die without life insurance leaving 3 minor children and a wife w a mortgage, that’s too damn bad. We offered coverage on numerous occasions, we can’t hold a g-n to their head and make them buy. Offering coverage and advising clients is our job, if they as adults chose not to take it that’s on them not me, I sleep like a baby.
@2wrz…..You must think it’s so easy. Guess what, though? When I ask many customers who drives the car, or what liability limits they want,,or whether they want rental-the most common answer is “what’s cheapest?” After a decade in claims and a lot more in agency, I tell them that in the long run, what’s cheapest is having the right coverage at claim time. But they tend to give fake answers, or half answers, and buy what’s cheapest. Then, when they have the accident they tell you I forgot to add rental. And they scream at me because there’s no way they’d ever go without that. And I look up their 20 year history in 3 states with 4 agents and show them they they’ve never had it. And I ask if they’d like to add it now for any future claims…it only cost $9 every six months. And they still turn it down.
You mean the same agencies that write state minimum policies ? They are no where to be found, when injury has to explain that their $25k policy won’t cover all of the $75k in injury exposure? Or how how the customer says they have full coverage, but no ERS, Mpc or rental to be found. Agents should feel ashamed to write those policies.
Lets Start small claims boy, maybe try to return a Fkkking phone call and then work up to trying to keep a promise. Most of you struggle to pay an ERS claim.
@2jns Cut agents! and pay those who keep the promise more.
Double agent compensation since they really are who is carrying this company. Have been for the last hundred years.
Close the agency, next slide.
Bring back “Select a Gift “ program.

Nothing, the current CEO is superb. I know it's fun for you people to role play, but the right man is in charge.
If I was Tippy, I’d fire all the VP’s and stuck my own head in an oven.
OP is asking the peeps. People who think they can run a 10 figure enterprise, but haven’t actually got the wherewithal to leave a job they hate.
Go back to considering the internal as well as external customers as valuable assets wh need to be appreciated and respected. Go back to a learning environment. Go back to quality not quantity.
Increase agent commissions.
