Many got pay raise only when they left here. I stayed here doing double workload, but if I am not adequately compensated soon, I will not hesitate in the slightest whether to leave or not. I think many will do the same? It’s a shame how little we get paid for the amount of work we do.

There will be high raises but not for you, the company can't afford it for you, they need to get cheaper people.
The company can only afford 50% raises for "all is Mine" Salvino, Mary f, wee node and co who are quite expensive employees in the $5million plus bracket.
There's a flaw in the maths there.
How does that make sense or logic?
DXC employment plan: do no additional work and don't stress yourself out. Use as much PTO as feasible. Take advantage of all the training available and get lots of experience and certs. Leave for a 40-60% pay increase in another company.
Sounds like stock holmes
Don't let the door hit you in the a$$ as you leave!
To who ever said "Don't leave, that is what they want. Make them fire you. I’m on it." If your fired you won't get your 401K match, you won't get severance pay . Don't be afool. Just work slowly, and let them WFR you or leave when you find a new job.
If a deadline isn't met, they just move the deadline back, its not life or death so who the F cares
Since I haven't had an increase in 8 years I, am doing almost nothing and still getting a salary, paid vacations away from DXC, sick time, Health Insurance and I don't feel guilty one bit. If HR head can get 5 million and they can hire a new board member I say Duck (replace the D with an F) DXC
Ask yourself "did I say the same last year?" ... if 'Yes' then DXC is winning 😞
The best thing to do is let them do something stupid so you can claim for constructive dismissal.
Its kind of happened to me. First they put me onto the redundo list, then when they realize that this is a problem they give me the worst appraisal rating possible with no justification whilst still holding the VR carrot over your head. So wait a while, it will happen and then you have them by the ba--s
Start packing :-)

I doubt there will be a significant round of payrises until such time as the volume of staff choosing to leave is too large for M2 and Steakcutter 2 to ignore.
Dont' be a donkey for your assignment managers and line manager - simply do your single work load and push back any additional work -it's not worth wrecking your health or your life for this company
